Service Integration Delivery Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY
This position will over-see all daily operations, management and staff of the Integrated Solutions Competency Center. The Service Delivery Integration Manager will work with the pre-sales team, customers and Sales Reps to define customer requirements and establish Project requirements and timelines for Data Systems and Print Machine projects. As the center manager they will monitor and report on all tasks and timelines to ensure on time completion of projects. They will maintain consistent communication with both internal and external customers on all project phases insuring profitable integration project implementation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all aspects of customer deliverable integrated solutions for print flow management with inserting devices.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding all revenue and profit objectives, through strong cost control and expense management processes.
- Manager 25 or more forms developers
- Direct activities of the Project Managers to allocate new projects and assign workload based on agreed to timeframes for installation.
- Interact directly with Project Managers, Pre-Sales Team and customer throughout the installation/support process to define requirements, update project status and maintain project timelines through consistent communication.
- Manage all licensing, maintenance and software billing administration.
- Work within the defined Project Milestones to complete projects on time.
- Create project documentation for each project according to requirements. (PRA, Sign off, etc)
- Immediately escalate any issue that may adversely affect the project deadline.
- Communicate regularly with Neopost Group and all project team members. (programmer and pre-sales team)
- Tracks and coordinates all required activities for each project and programmer for maximum productivity.
- Establishes monitors and reports Key Metrics for the business unit.
- Creates and adapts Statement of Work for project implementation.
- Establish and develop good working relationships with all other departments within the Neopost Group.
- Actively demonstrate open, honest and responsible communication in every interaction and display teamwork by actively pursuing involvement from team members with all projects issued, and look for opportunities to assist with problems brought to your attention.
- Provide weekly project updates to upper management and maintain current records for all customers through Neopost’s established project protocol. (i.e. Siebel).
- Provide remote customer support for software products on an as needed basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience in Project Management
- Supervisory experience of a team of 15 or more
- Successfully managed multiple projects under tight deadlines in a pre and post sales environment
- Ability to manage project managers and their programming teams in a profitable and productive process.
- P & L management experience of $500K +
- Experience in client management of integrated solution deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have a strong work ethic and be a fast learner/self starter
- Occasional travel is required for this position
